Pressure Wash Dublin provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, power washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, and specialist stain removal.
- All services are subject to site inspection and surface suitability.
- Methods and products are selected based on safety, material type, and expected result.
- We reserve the right to decline work where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on details supplied by the customer and/or a visual assessment.
- Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges may apply where conditions materially differ from the original information provided.
- Any change in scope will be discussed and approved before extra work is carried out.
3. Booking & Property Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.
- Water and electricity access may be required unless agreed otherwise.
- Vehicles, furniture, and fragile items should be moved away from work areas in advance.
- Pets and children should be kept clear of active cleaning zones for safety reasons.
4. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of work.
- Accepted methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash.
- Commercial clients may be offered invoice terms by prior agreement.
- Late payment may result in administration and recovery charges where legally permitted.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling where possible.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
- We may reschedule services due to severe weather, safety risk, or equipment failure.
- Any rescheduling by us will be prioritized to the next available suitable slot.
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care and perform services with professional standards. However, some surfaces may carry pre-existing issues.
- We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects, worn sealants, loose pointing, cracked render, aged paint, or previously weakened materials.
- We are not responsible for outcomes where customers request a method against our recommendation.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
7. Service Warranty & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
- Where reasonable, we will inspect and arrange corrective action.
- Warranty does not cover new staining, weather effects, or regrowth occurring after completion.
- Treatment longevity varies by surface type, orientation, drainage, and surrounding vegetation.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Personal data submitted through forms, calls, or messages is used only for quote processing, booking, service delivery, and customer communication.
